Return & Refund Policy

At ShamaharBD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product differs significantly from its description.
Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices should be included where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging where packaging is required.
- Hygiene or personal-care products that have been opened, where return is not appropriate for health or safety reasons.
- Clearance or final-sale items, unless defective or required by law.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practical, or another agreed method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
