5. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after verification by our customer support team or automated confirmation system.
  • ShamaharBD reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Unavoidable circumstances beyond our control

6. Payment Methods

We currently support one or more of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders.

7. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver products throughout Bangladesh.
  • Delivery time generally ranges from 1–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, political situations, natural disasters, or courier-related issues.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas.
  • Customers must pay the full invoice amount before receiving the product.
  • Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

9. Return & Refund

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received differs significantly from the description.

Return requests must be made within the time period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition and packaging unless required by applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

ShamaharBD reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

11. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) will be provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Products without manufacturer warranty are not covered unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
