Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers should follow the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product, where applicable.

Company Cancellation

ShamaharBD reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product out of stock
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Failure to verify the order
• Events beyond our reasonable control

If a prepaid order is cancelled by ShamaharBD, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
